We respect every visitor’s right to his or her privacy and security. We are committed to staying within our morals and integrity to provide the utmost privacy and security. This statement applies solely to information collected from this website.

Type of Information Collected
During Prizebook’s registration function, members are asked to provide their contact information. This is strictly for Prizebook’s prize delivery purposes. Personal contact information will NEVER be sold or given to a third party. It will never leave Prizebook’s hands. This includes their name, e-mail address, and physical mailing address.

Use of Collected Information
The information collected by Prizebook is only for the purpose of fraud prevention and prize fulfillment. Information that members may provide to our advertisers and offers are not shared with us. The only information Prizebook receives is the whether or not our member has completed or not completed an offer. Any information you may submit to an advertiser or offer is not our responsibility.

Cookies
Cookies are only used to keep track of log-in names and passwords. A “remember-me” function on the site allows for a user’s log-in information to be stored, therefore a member doesn’t have to reenter the information when they come back from a previous visit.

TERMSMembership

A user must provide the site a valid email address.
A user must be over the age of 18 years upon joining this site.
A user must provide an accurate and legitimate shipping address based in the United States upon joining this site. Providing false information upon signup can lead to prizes being shipped to the wrong address as well as having your account placed on hold.

Only one account per person per email address per address per household per IP address.

Users may not use or connect to our site through the use of a proxy. The bottom line is that if you share your IP address with another account holder, your account may be placed on hold.

A user must sign up from the address that is used as the shipping address. If you are worried about getting your prizes shipped to a specific location, you can always change it at a later date. For example, if you are away at college and therefore you live in a dorm, but you want your prizes shipped back to your actual residency, then all you have to do is change the address when you are requesting shipment.

Referrals can not be transferred or donated from one account holder to another. You can not combine points or accounts or “pool” your points to cash out for a prize.

Prizebook is open to residents in the United States only. Any member found to be maintaining an account outside of the United States will be banned from the program.

Members may not “scam” or “fraud” other members or Prizebook. This includes the use of proxies, hacking, and any kind of unethical actions by a member. We have a zero tolerance for fraud and will legally pursue anyone caught trying to cheat the system.

Members are not allowed to transfer ownership, trade, or sell member accounts to other users. Every account involved in transactions like these will be banned from the program.

If a member has the same IP as another account, then that member may be placed on hold.

A member must use his real e-mail address upon signing up with Prizebook and also completing offers. The e-mail registered with Prizebook should match the e-mail members use for their offers. If not, a member may be placed on hold. It is best not to use a free e-mail service such as Hotmail.

If a member physically moves to a different location, they may not sign up with a new account again. Trying to find a loophole around the one account per IP rule will not work. There is no need to create a new account. Also, trying to sign up at a different location with a different IP as your own referral will get you banned as well.

Any members found to have signed up in a non-residential public area (such as a local WiFi Hotspot such as Starbucks or Kinkos) will be banned from the program.

Any member that is found to be cheating or defrauding Prizebook forfeits all the rights listed here in the Terms as well as the Privacy Policy.

If a member resides in an on-campus dormitory, fraternity, sorority, or any residency that may share the same IP address, they should contact customer support and let them know.

If your account is placed on hold or banned, you are not allowed to create another account.

Any member that is found to have completed an offer more than once, including times before the existence of Prizebook, they will be banned from the program. For example, if you completed Blockbuster online at another site or if you were previously already a member with them, you may not do it again.

As a member, you agree to drop any right you may have to any legal action against Prizebook, its owner, its employees, and any subsidiary identities.

Incomplete, impartial, or fraudulent account information may lead to your account being placed on hold.

Members are allowed to post their referral link online but may not mass-post or spam their link on the internet. Any member found to be spamming will be banned from the program.

Completion of Offers

A member will only receive credit for completing an offer once. If you have previously been a member of or completed an offer, then you may not do it again. You will not be credited.

We do not guarantee that a user will receive credit for any of the offers we list. We reserve the right to refuse a user credit for an offer for any reason we choose. We have tracking technology that is all automated so you do not have to worry about “shaving” or purposeful holdback of credits. However, sometimes due to technical reasons offer credit may not be 100% accurate.

Members must save all of their confirmation e-mails and receipts received from their advertiser and offers. These e-mails are necessary in order to manually credit a user for completion of an offer.

Members are highly recommended NOT to use prepaid credit cards to complete their offers. Members risk the chance of being placed on hold or banned if they do.

Early or immediate cancellation of ANY offer is considered fraud. If premature cancellation of an offer is reported to us, we reserve the right to place the member on hold and / or ban them from the program.

It is the member’s responsibility to read the entire terms of service.

Members are not allowed to “walk through” or guide another member or referral through the creation of an account. All members must sign up and complete offers themselves without the guidance of another member. If you are found to have guided other members, your account will be placed on hold.

A member must complete the offers by using the links provided within the members area of Prizebook. If you go through another website or go to the offer directly, you will not be credited for the offer.

We are not responsibly for delays on offer credit reporting or failure to receive credit. We will do the best we can to pursue manual credit for any offers a member hasn’t received credit for.

Orders

Prizebook is a free service and does not guarantee any shipment of any rewards of any kind regardless of offers completed.

We may delay the shipment of prizes for any reason necessary.

Prizebook will do the best it can possible to send prizes within a reasonable amount of time but a member has to understand that there are delays.

All rewards are sent to the shipping address provided by the member in his My Profile area. A member may change that whenever he/she chooses to.

Prizebook can not fully guarantee the availability of a product at the time of an order. If a prize is unavailable, a member will be notified of this and be given alternative options.

We are not responsible for any lost mail as a result of theft or mishandling by the delivery carriers.

We are not responsible for the mis-shipment of any prize due to inaccurate shipping information.

We will not ship any prizes to PO boxes.

Prizebook does not take returns or exchanges of any kind.

If your prize is valued at more than $600, you are required BY federal law to claim the value of your reward on your taxes. Therefore, a W-9 form from the IRS will be provided to you which at that point, you must fill out and send back to Prizebook. This form must be completed in its entirety and returned to the address given at that time.

If a member is suspected of or found of fraudulent offer completions, we have the right to take legal action against that member for any unethical or suspicious activity
