I noticed on the forum that people are getting paid in less then a month (paypal) however i have 5 payments pending oldest 1 is from December 2010!!! my country is blocked from the forum so i'am not able to post, i'am also not able to post as a guest because seems they removed that also, many countries are blocked from the forum and are not able to post a message not paid! I wrote a million times to support a very descent email and i did not got an answer or paid whatsoever. moderator and owner of 20$2surf is the most pathetic SOAB that has no manners at all. I'am not able to chat in the chat box and sending messages to new people of my downline is also not possible, I know some people disagree on what i'am going to say because they got paid 1 time probably, but fact is who do you believe more another member or an admin? Seems Vietnam was blocked before from signing up now they able to signup again so it seems you are getting referrals, however these people are not able to use the surfbar because it's blocked for them!!! i have over 4300 referrals i get daily many referrals more but they are USELESS and that most of the people do not know. all this putting together calls in my dictonairy "CHEATING". Selected payouts is CHEATING. Agree with me or not but i do not make this up this is a fact! simple thing THEY ARE SCAM
